We at He Hospitality & Events are an experienced events agency based in Delft. For us, every event, large or small, is unique. From a conference or business meeting to a dinner, anniversary, wedding or large corporate party: every event requires its own tailored approach.

We are happy to brainstorm the possibilities right from the initial idea and work with you to find a concept that suits the occasion, the guests and the available budget. In doing so, we combine our experience with a practical and personalised approach. Sometimes we take care of the entire organisation, and sometimes we provide support for specific elements. Whatever is required, we value direct communication, the ability to adapt quickly and, above all, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

At home in Delft
Delft is our home base and a city we know well. For many years, we have been organising a wide range of events here and working with various unique venues, including the Oude Kerk and Nieuwe Kerk. We also have two venues of our own in the city: Het Meisjeshuis and Schuilkerk de Peis.

Thanks to our many years of experience in Delft, we are familiar with the options available and have built up an extensive network. This helps us to quickly bring the right parties together and contribute ideas on a venue and programme that suit the event, from small and intimate to large and elaborate.

Event organisation from A to Z
HÉ Hospitality & Events organises a wide range of events, including conferences, trade fairs, business meetings, corporate parties, receptions, dinners, anniversaries and weddings. We can manage the entire process and provide support with, amongst other things, the venue, catering, technical requirements, décor, entertainment, planning and execution.

An event can take place at one of our own venues, at another venue in Delft or elsewhere. Whatever the setting, our approach remains the same: personalised, flexible and with an eye for detail.
